Security Services Section

1. How do I begin using your security services? Just contact our office by phone or email and let us know what you need in the way of security services. We will need information regarding the location, specific duties required, shift hours needed & emergency contact information. Typically, we ask for ten business days to establish and properly schedule long term security services. In many cases this time frame can be far less dependant upon the time of year and other factors. Please give us a call at (843) 839-2223.

2. How are your services and security officers different than all of the other agencies? Phoenix is not a massive, national company where you just become a faceless client number. We only operate in South Carolina and try to establish close contact with each and every client in order to have a clear and continuous understanding of our clients needs. If you do experience a service problem, we attempt to fix it right then. Not next week or after having you call the headquarters in some other state.

3. How do I use your security company if I am already under contract with another agency? Most security contracts have a 30 day notice clause if you are dissatisfied.

4. Will I save money using your services rather than another security agency? No, probably not. We market ourselves as getting more for your money and being a more professional agency. With Phoenix, MOST of the money you pay for services goes to the officer, which directly impacts the "level of officer" we can retain for you. A low paid officer is an officer struggling to make it from one paycheck to the next, is typically preoccupied with making more money or a second job and consequently suffers in the area of performance. This ends up in problems for you AND for us which would more than likely end up in a negative result. We certainly are not the MOST expensive, but we are not the cheap solution either.

5. What type of security services do you offer? Just about any type you can think of. Uniformed officers; Executive dress officers (sports coats/slacks); Plainclothes for undercover operations; Personal Protective Agents (commonly called bodyguards); Patrol Services: officers in marked patrol cars check your property ……throughout the day or evening. All officers can be armed or unarmed.

6. What if your officer is not doing his job properly? This takes one call or email and it will be investigated immediately. Sometimes this can be a need for additional training or it can be a result of apathy. Officer apathy is harder to fix in the individual, but we will replace that officer on your property if not resolved immediately.

7. I only need a security officer for about 30 days. Can you supply that? Yes. We offer all terms of security. Obviously, very short term is more costly to us and is therefore more expensive for you. As the length of service increases, the costs for the services decrease.

Investigative Services Section

1. How can I tell if my spouse is cheating? There are many "signs" of cheating, but seldom does only ONE exist if it is actually occurring. Some of the signs are: secretive phone calls or being overly protective of a cell phone; repeated late night absences without plausible explanation; decrease of sexual interest; quick to start an argument; secretive computer activity; a rapid change in attitude in general towards spouse. If some or all of these signs are present and you are reviewing our web site, there probably IS a problem.

2. How do I have your agency perform surveillance for me? Just call us at (843) 839-2223. We are required by State law to complete a "service agreement" with you, which explains what we charge, what we can and cannot do for you, and lists what you expect us to do in your case. This requirement has all but eliminated "fly by night" investigators and all reputable investigative agencies are glad that this is now a legal requirement. Anyone who tells you it is not required - STAY AWAY.

3. Are domestic investigations expensive? Yes, they can be. Surveillance is a labor intensive operation and investigators are really at the whim of the "target". If the target person does what is expected and exhibits the behavior we are looking for, it can be a short surveillance and relatively inexpensive. This does not happen all of the time though. We do not "burn" a client's money if a surveillance appears to be going nowhere. We will cease operations and try again, hoping for better results. YOU are in control of your money at all times.

4. Can you guarantee me investigative results? No. We collect evidence and conduct surveillance on the person(s) of interest in your case. If they do not do what you expect them to do, we cannot control that. In most cases, people who are doing something they should not will repeat that activity - and when they do, we will collect the evidence.

5. Can you help in my criminal case? Yes. Our staff can collect evidence, review police case files, warrants and procedural issues in your case. Company management is comprised of former police officers who are very familiar with law enforcement procedures and case work.

6. Does your agency help with vehicle accidents involving serious injury? Yes. We are capable of documenting measurements, road conditions, lighting conditions, and scene documentation. We can also collect evidence pertaining to forensic testing of light bulbs and other vehicle safety features.

7. What can I find out about someone in a background check? You would be surprised of the volume and type of information obtained in a comprehensive background check. There are many other types of reports that are more specific, such as professional licensing, DEA records, pilots & captains licensing and so on.

8. Can you help me locate a missing person? Yes, however there is one important fact to be aware of. If the person is of adult age, we cannot make them contact you. We can only supply you with a means of contacting the person should they be apprehensive in contacting you. Many adults go missing for a reason and may not be too happy to be “found”. We have had cases, particularly adoption cases, where finding the person turned out to be a heartbreaking endeavor. Hope for the best, but be prepared for the worst.

9. Where can you serve legal papers? Anywhere in the United States.

10. Can you help in my criminal case? Yes. Our investigative case managers are former law enforcement, narcotics agents, training officers, crime scene technicians and administrators. We therefore have a unique view on criminal case work in relation to what may have been do properly or improperly in a case file. We are also capable and accomplished in gathering evidence, documents or other important items in support of your case.

Security & Investigative Products

1. What is the difference between a CMOS and a CCD camera? CCD typically offers a much higher quality and clarity over CMOS products.

2. Can you make custom hidden camera products? Yes. With the camera technology today, we can set up almost anything to house a camera and most times a recorder.

3. How accurate are the GPS tracking devices? Typically 3-10 meters.

4. Do you recommend time lapse VCR's or the newer DVR products for video recording? DVR 100% of the time. They are now priced such that the time lapse is now a virtual dinosaur.

5. Can I put a GPS on the car of someone I know? This is a legal question that should be directed to an attorney in your area. Laws are different in each state in regards to using tracking devices and you really should ask.
